This paper discusses Hemolytic disease, what it is, and what developments are made to make things better for mother and child. This paper was written so the readers are informed of how this disease allows a mother's blood to attack her baby's blood if it is a different blood type. We looked at what the condition is, who its effects, the department, and guidelines that doctors follow, tests that help identify, and different treatments used to improve the condition of the mother and child. The research discovered that Hemolytic Disease of the Newborn is a disease that allows Type O or Rh-negative mothers to attack Type A or Type B or Rh-positive babies causing hemolysis in the baby's body. Doctors have come up with various ways to treat babies and to lessen the findings of Hemolytic Disease of the Newborn (HDN), including Coomb's test, blood transfusions, and phototherapy. This paper examines a scientific study of Hemolytic Disease in Newborns of Iran and the community. We have included the research found when 765 newborns with anemia were tested for HDN.
